Grateful Body Scan Meditation

Every meditator has a body scan they like, right? As I’ve mentioned, historically, I have a very bad relationship with my body. All of my activity tends to center around my head. But when I pay attention, it turns out I do have a whole lot going on from the neck down. 

I love this one for 1) particularly after exercise, when I am feeling most appreciative of my body, and 2) reminding me and making me grateful for all the pain I could have, but don’t. Thank you, body.

It’s a long one! Make sure you pee first, or your body will send very specific and distracting signals. 😀
