Clear Nose Full Lungs Can’t Lose Meditation

Any “Friday Night Lights” fans out there? ….Anyone?

We breathe all day every day, and for a lot of people, the only times we notice it are during exercise, or when something is going badly wrong with our breathing. It is possible to feel gratitude for our flawless and blessedly uneventful breathing, not all the time, but certainly more than we do. If we can be grateful for simple things like the breath, it deepens our gratitude for the thousand other things we can appreciate about our safe and comfortable lives. Be warned – this meditation has some pretty dark imagery for a peaceful moment like meditation.
